Welcome back, quantum explorers!
If you’ve been following my journey on the Quantum Physics for Kids podcast or through my work as an ambassador for Girls in Quantum, you know that I believe the universe is fundamentally weird - and wonderfully so. But for a long time, the rules that govern the very small have been locked away behind heavy textbooks and intimidating equations, kept out of reach for kids like me.
I want to change that.
Being neurodivergent means my brain is wired a little differently. While some people might look at quantum mechanics and see an impenetrable wall of complicated math, I see a beautiful, fascinating puzzle just waiting to be explained. I’ve always believed that you don’t need a PhD to understand how the fabric of our reality works. You just need curiosity. My mission has always been to break down those walls, make these concepts simple, and show other students - especially girls - that there is a place for them in the world of physics.
That mission led me to the biggest project of my life. For the past year, I have been pouring my heart, my research, and my imagination into writing my own book: Spooky Action at a Distance.
The goal of this book isn’t just to teach facts. It’s to invite young readers into the strangest, most exciting parts of science. And the response so far has been beyond my wildest dreams. We recently released the book trailer, and seeing early praise from my absolute heroes - incredible scientists and achievers like Chris Ferrie, Marcia Bartusiak, Elisa Torres Durney, and Dr. Joi Lin - has been surreal. Knowing that they believe in my mission means everything.
But getting a manuscript out of my head and into the hands of students across the world takes a village.
I’ve partnered with Manuscripts Press to publish the book, and today we are officially launching our crowdfunding campaign to cover the final publishing, editing, and distribution processes.
I’m reaching out to you - my earliest subscribers and supporters - to ask for your help in bringing this mission to life. If you believe in empowering the next generation of STEM thinkers, making science accessible, and supporting young voices, I would be incredibly honored if you took a look at the campaign.
You can watch the book trailer, read what the physicists are saying, and explore the different ways to support my book by clicking this link or the button below.
Whether you choose to pre-order a copy, sponsor a book bundle for a local school, or simply share the link with teachers, parents, and science lovers in your network, you are helping me prove that kids can tackle the universe’s biggest questions.
Thank you for always supporting my curiosity. Let’s make some quantum waves!
Stay curious!
